    Contest Details

    Gustavson 25 is a photo contest, hosted by the Peter B. Gustavson School of Business, which gives participants a chance to share their images of 25s from around the globe. Think outside the box and have fun with it!

    Contest Dates

    The contest entry period begins on Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at 9:00am Pacific Standard Time (PST) and ends on May 15, 2015 at 11:59pm (PST).

    How to Enter

    Enter the contest by submitting an image via Instagram or Twitter by using the hashtag #Gustavson25 or by entering directly on the Gustavson 25 campaign microsite with the Enter Now tab. The contest is open to all Canadian residents. The deadline to enter is May 15, 2015 at 11:59pm Pacific Standard Time (PST).

    How to Vote

    To vote on a submission, click to enlarge the image and then click on the heart.There is a limit of (five) votes per person. Voting begins on Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at 9:00am Pacific Standard Time (PST) and ends on May 15, 2015 at 11:59pm (PST).

    Eligibility and Submission Requirements

    1. The contest is open to Canadian residents. No purchase is necessary. There is a limit of (five) submissions per participant.
    2. To be valid, the entries must be received by May 15, 2015 at 11:59pm Pacific Standard Time (PST).
    3. Submissions which contain nudity, offensive language and/or behaviour, and/or threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, profane or indecent content of any kind will not be considered and will be disqualified from eligibility.
    4. Submissions which violate municipal, provincial and/or federal laws or regulations or which encourage anyone to violate municipal, provincial and/or federal laws or regulations will not be considered and will be disqualified from eligibility.
    5. Submissions which contain advertising or commercial messages will not be considered and will be disqualified from eligibility.
    6. There is a limit of 5 (five) submissions per participant. All entries must be submitted in accordance with the eligibility and submission requirements herein or they will not be considered. By making a submission, contestants give the Peter B. Gustavson School of Business a perpetual, royalty-free right license to use the submission and contestants waive any moral rights which they may have in the submission. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Peter B. Gustavson School of Business and not to Facebook.
    7. Contestants must agree to the Terms and Conditions of this contest, as shown on the Gustavson 25s campaign microsite, for submissions to be eligible for consideration.

    Determination of Contest Winner

    The winner will be chosen by receiving the most hearts on their photo. If the winner cannot be reached within three business days following the first attempt to contact or declines the prize, the Peter B. Gustavson School of Business will then choose the photo with the next highest amount of hearts and will award the prize to the participant selected. The winner will be announced on the Peter B. Gustavson School of Business social media sites and on the Gustavson 25s campaign microsite.

    Prize Distribution

    The winner of the contest herein will be awarded 1 (one) GoPro camera. No substitutions will be allowed. 

    General

    The Peter B. Gustavson School of Business reserves the right to amend the contest rules herein or to terminate the contest at any time without any liability to any contestant or third party. Any amendments to these contest rules and regulations herein will be posted on the Peter B. Gustavson School of Business website.

    The Peter B. Gustavson School of Business assumes no liability for any loss, damage or injury, including but not limited to: (i) lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misdirected, late, destroyed, ineligible or incomplete entries; (ii) loss, theft or damage to software or computer or telephone data, including but not limited to any breach of privacy; (iii) fraudulent calls or communications; (iv) inability of any person to participate in the contest herein for any reason including mistaken addresses on mail or e-mail, technical, computer or telephone malfunctions or other problems with computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, or software, congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination of the foregoing; (v) damage to any computer, including as a result of participating in the contest herein; or (vi) prizes that cannot be awarded or accepted.
